Flower magnetic eyelet snaps add a shaped decorative eyelet to a magnetic closure. They suit bags and covers where the opening hardware remains visible and a flower outline supports the product design.

Support the shaped front during installation and check the material opening against the specified eyelet geometry. A die for a plain round part may not support the flower face correctly. On the prototype, inspect the petal edges, backing and closure alignment before approving the setting method.

Choose the mating halves, backing components and attachment dimensions as a set. State the finished material thickness, including lining and reinforcement, and identify the visible finish required for each side.

Confirm the component materials and magnet option on the selected drawing and quotation. Similar-looking variants can differ in body depth or attachment geometry. Send authorized artwork if a custom mark is needed, and approve its position on a sample before ordering.

Quality checks and sampling

Inspect the complete installed sample for alignment, loose movement, finish damage and interference with the lining. Open and close it in the direction used by the finished product. If retention is a specified requirement, agree the measurement method and acceptance criteria for that assembly.
