Clip magnético para sombreros
Descripción
Custom Magnetic Hat Clip hardware from Richarms holds an iron golf ball marker on a cap brim, visor, glove, bag or belt, so the marker is always within reach on the green. We make 20 mm and 25 mm clips with a built-in NdFeB magnet, in iron, zinc alloy or stainless steel, with custom shapes, patterns, plating and logos for golf brands, clubs, tournaments and promotional programs.

Magnetic hat clips in gunmetal, silver, black and gold finishes.
How a Magnetic Hat Clip Works
The clip slides onto the edge of a cap or visor brim and grips material up to about 5 mm thick. An NdFeB magnet of about 10 mm diameter is set into the face of the clip and holds a separate iron ball marker. The golfer pulls the marker off to mark the ball, then puts it back on the magnet. In our own tests, the clip holds an iron marker with a force of 4–7 N, depending on the magnet and its orientation.
- Easy to reach: the marker stays on the brim, not loose in a pocket.
- Removable marker: the marker lifts off with one hand, even with a glove on.
- Flexible positioning: fits caps, visors, gloves, golf bags, belts and pockets.
- Brandable: both the clip and the marker can carry your logo.

Clip Styles, Patterns and Textures
The clip tongue that slides onto the brim comes in three styles. A no-cut clip is a solid tongue; single-cut y double-cut clips have slots that make the tongue more flexible and give a lighter look. Clips are bent by hand, so the bend can vary slightly from piece to piece.

Three clip tongue styles: no cut, single cut and double cut.
The front of the clip can stay plain, which leaves room for a printed or engraved logo, or carry a stamped pattern. The back can be plain, sand-textured or cloth-textured.
Front surfaces can be plain or stamped with a pattern.

Matching Iron Ball Markers
Iron ball markers attach directly to the magnet in our clips. Common marker sizes are 20 mm, 25 mm and 30 mm, and other sizes and custom outlines can be made. Markers can be stamped, enamel-filled, epoxy-domed, printed or engraved with your logo, and supplied as a set with the clip or on their own. See our custom golf ball markers for sizes, shapes and logo options; custom markers start from 500 pieces per design.

Materials, Plating and Finish Options
Iron clips are stamped and bent; zinc-alloy clips are die-cast, which allows more complex shapes. Silver (nickel), black or gunmetal, and gold are the most requested finishes. Rose gold, copper, antique brass and rainbow (PVD) are also available.

Back view: the clip slides onto a cap brim; the back can be plain or textured.

Finish options for custom golf hat clips include silver, black, gold, rose gold, antique and rainbow effects.
If your project requires a specific corrosion, chemical or performance test, tell us the test method and acceptance level so the right material and process can be quoted.
Logo and Artwork Customization
A custom magnetic hat clip can carry a club emblem, tournament identity, corporate logo, text or original artwork, on the clip, on the marker or on both. We review the logo size, detail, color count and target finish, then recommend stamping, laser or CNC engraving, enamel color fill, epoxy, UV print or screen print.
How We Make Magnetic Hat Clips
Iron hat clips go through twelve production steps at our factory:
- Stamping: the clip blank is cut from metal strip with a steel die.
- Forming: the face and magnet seat are pressed into shape.
- Punching: the slots for single- or double-cut clips are punched.
- Bending: the clip tongue is bent to shape.
- Rack plating: clips are hung on racks and electroplated.
- Color filling: enamel color is filled into the logo by hand.
- Low-temperature curing: the first bake sets the color.
- Cleaning: excess color is wiped off the metal surface.
- High-temperature curing: a second bake finishes the color.
- Magnet setting: the NdFeB magnet is glued into the seat.
- Inspection: appearance, magnet position and holding force are checked.
- Embalaje: clips are bagged or carded to your packing requirement.

Zinc-alloy clips follow a casting route instead: mold making, die casting, polishing, plating, decoration and inspection.
Quality Checks
- The magnet sits in the center of its seat, with no visible offset.
- The edge around the magnet is polished, and the back is free of burrs and tool marks.
- Magnet polarity faces the same way across an order, so every clip holds markers the same way.
- Clips with forming defects, damaged magnets, glue marks or color overflow are sorted out before packing.
- Holding force is checked on samples with the matching marker before bulk production.

Magnetic Hat Clip FAQ
How strong is the magnet?
In our in-house tests, the clip holds an iron ball marker with 4–7 N. If you need a firmer or lighter hold, we can adjust the magnet and confirm it on the sample.
Which ball markers work with the clip?
Iron markers attach directly to the magnet. Zinc-alloy, copper, titanium and some stainless-steel markers are not attracted by a magnet, so they need a different construction, which we confirm before sampling.
Will it fit a thick brim?
The clip grips brims and edges up to about 5 mm thick. Send us your cap or visor if you are unsure.
Can we put our logo on the clip and the marker?
Yes. Both parts can be customized, or the clip can stay plain to keep the focus on the marker.
