A sculpted focal point for a flap

Specify the complete face envelope, the distance between fixing points and the thickness of the finished flap. The front ornament is not the same measurement as the mating magnetic part. Ask for a rear-view drawing before cutting the leather.

For a soft purse, first assess whether a hidden reinforcement patch is needed behind the fitting. A sample should close without pulling the swan off-center. Open the prototype using the intended hand position and check whether the raised edges catch on nearby trim.

Swan outline, dark panel and rear fixing

The listed housing material is zinc alloy. Confirm the rear fixing method, mating part and complete supplied set on the current drawing. The outer ornament and the functional closing components need separate measurements.

Finish references in this range include nickel, light gold, rose-gold-tone, antique brass and brushed effects. Availability varies by design. Send a color sample and any authorized artwork; confirm the finish, dimensions and marking area before approving tooling or a bulk order.

Approving the swan sample on your flap

Agree the inspection points before ordering: face dimensions, rear attachment fit, visible finish, closure alignment and the opening action on the finished material. Keep the approved sample and component drawing together so later orders refer to the same version.

A loose hardware sample is useful for appearance, but it cannot replace a fitted prototype. Include lining and reinforcement in the trial, and check for marks or movement after repeated opening. Ask Richarms to confirm the sampling steps, quantity and lead time for the selected specification.

Questions about swan magnetic bag lock

Is the swan face a standard round snap?

No. It is a decorative lock assembly. Match its rear fixing layout and mating component rather than selecting it by a round-snap diameter.

Can I match the dark and metal areas to my bag?

Send a finish reference showing both areas. Confirm the color division and surface appearance on a physical sample.

Is there one installation method for all decorative locks?

No. Use the selected product drawing and matched components. Confirm hole positions, backing and tooling before preparing the finished material.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Send the intended application, required quantity, face size, material-stack thickness, finish reference and any customization drawing.
