A four-lobed closure for decorative bag fronts

Start the specification with overall width, height and the rear attachment layout. Then confirm how the two mating pieces meet when the flap is full. A decorative face can look centered while its fixing points sit too close to a seam.

For sampling, use the planned lining and any reinforcement layer. Inspect the edge of each lobe, the finish in recessed areas and the alignment of the closed face. Check that repeated opening does not twist the soft material around the attachment points.

Structure, finish and fixing dimensions

The listed housing material is zinc alloy. Confirm the rear fixing method, mating part and complete supplied set on the current drawing. The outer ornament and the functional closing components need separate measurements.

Finish references in this range include nickel, light gold, rose-gold-tone, antique brass and brushed effects. Availability varies by design. Send a color sample and any authorized artwork; confirm the finish, dimensions and marking area before approving tooling or a bulk order.

Sample approval for the finished accessory

Agree the inspection points before ordering: face dimensions, rear attachment fit, visible finish, closure alignment and the opening action on the finished material. Keep the approved sample and component drawing together so later orders refer to the same version.

A loose hardware sample is useful for appearance, but it cannot replace a fitted prototype. Include lining and reinforcement in the trial, and check for marks or movement after repeated opening. Ask Richarms to confirm the sampling steps, quantity and lead time for the selected specification.

Questions about clover magnetic bag closure

Does the clover shape change the fixing method?

The decorative outline does not tell you the rear fixing method. Use the product drawing to plan holes and reinforcement.

Can this replace a heart snap without changing the pattern?

Only if both the attachment geometry and closed height match. Do not assume interchangeability from similar face size.

Is there one installation method for all decorative locks?

No. Use the selected product drawing and matched components. Confirm hole positions, backing and tooling before preparing the finished material.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Send the intended application, required quantity, face size, material-stack thickness, finish reference and any customization drawing.
