A round face with a contrasting epoxy panel

Ask for the face diameter, closed height and rear fixing drawing. Identify which part of the face carries the panel and how its dividing line should sit relative to the flap. Review a physical color sample if the lock must match other hardware.

During prototyping, inspect the panel edge and the transition to the surrounding metal. Check whether the face rubs against another fitting when the bag opens. Confirm cleaning and care instructions for the selected surface instead of assuming that any coated face tolerates solvents or abrasion.

Structure, finish and fixing dimensions

The listed housing material is zinc alloy. Confirm the rear fixing method, mating part and complete supplied set on the current drawing. The outer ornament and the functional closing components need separate measurements.

Finish references in this range include nickel, light gold, rose-gold-tone, antique brass and brushed effects. Availability varies by design. Send a color sample and any authorized artwork; confirm the finish, dimensions and marking area before approving tooling or a bulk order.

Sample approval for the finished accessory

Agree the inspection points before ordering: face dimensions, rear attachment fit, visible finish, closure alignment and the opening action on the finished material. Keep the approved sample and component drawing together so later orders refer to the same version.

A loose hardware sample is useful for appearance, but it cannot replace a fitted prototype. Include lining and reinforcement in the trial, and check for marks or movement after repeated opening. Ask Richarms to confirm the sampling steps, quantity and lead time for the selected specification.

Questions about round epoxy magnetic lock

Can I order a different panel color?

Submit a color reference and identify the panel area. Availability and the matching method need confirmation before sampling.

Is rose gold a material specification?

Here it describes the pictured finish color. Confirm the actual coating specification separately if your project requires it.

Is there one installation method for all decorative locks?

No. Use the selected product drawing and matched components. Confirm hole positions, backing and tooling before preparing the finished material.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Send the intended application, required quantity, face size, material-stack thickness, finish reference and any customization drawing.
