A plain cat face for small flap designs

Use a dimensioned drawing to place the ear points and fixing centers. Leave room around the face so the flap does not bend directly over a raised edge. The available front area for a mark depends on the actual tooling and should be checked before artwork preparation.

For sampling, inspect both the face and the rear seating surface. Check whether the lock sits straight after the lining is fitted and whether the ears catch on neighboring trim. Approve the exact shape and finish as part of the sample record.

Structure, finish and fixing dimensions

The listed housing material is zinc alloy. Confirm the rear fixing method, mating part and complete supplied set on the current drawing. The outer ornament and the functional closing components need separate measurements.

Finish references in this range include nickel, light gold, rose-gold-tone, antique brass and brushed effects. Availability varies by design. Send a color sample and any authorized artwork; confirm the finish, dimensions and marking area before approving tooling or a bulk order.

Sample approval for the finished accessory

Agree the inspection points before ordering: face dimensions, rear attachment fit, visible finish, closure alignment and the opening action on the finished material. Keep the approved sample and component drawing together so later orders refer to the same version.

A loose hardware sample is useful for appearance, but it cannot replace a fitted prototype. Include lining and reinforcement in the trial, and check for marks or movement after repeated opening. Ask Richarms to confirm the sampling steps, quantity and lead time for the selected specification.

Questions about plain cat magnetic closure

Is this the same as the other cat-shaped lock?

This listing is for the plain-face design. Compare photographs and drawings rather than ordering by the word cat alone.

Can I add my logo?

Send artwork you are authorized to use. The available area and production method need confirmation against the selected face.

Is there one installation method for all decorative locks?

No. Use the selected product drawing and matched components. Confirm hole positions, backing and tooling before preparing the finished material.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Send the intended application, required quantity, face size, material-stack thickness, finish reference and any customization drawing.
